1. Shipping Structure

All SeatKing seats ship in gaylord containers via freight carrier. Flat-rate shipping applies per gaylord as follows:

2. Optimal Freight Configuration

Gaylords are palletized and can be stacked up to 3 high per shipment. Ordering in multiples of 3 gaylords per SKU maximizes freight efficiency and reduces your delivered cost per seat.

3. Founding 150 Free Shipping

Founding 150 Dealer Program members receive free shipping on all qualifying seat orders through December 31, 2026. This benefit applies automatically at checkout for approved Founding 150 dealer accounts. Free shipping does not apply to accessories.

4. Lead Times

• Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to ship.
• Please allow up to 6 weeks for your order to ship. Logo customization does not add a separate lead-time window.

Lead times are estimates and are not guaranteed. SeatKing is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or force majeure events.

5. Freight Damage

Inspect all shipments upon delivery before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Do not refuse delivery — accepting and noting damage preserves your claim. Report freight damage to SeatKing within 48 hours of delivery at sales@seatkingllc.com with photos of the damage and packaging.

6. Shipping Address

Orders ship to the address on file in your dealer account. Address changes must be made before an order enters production. SeatKing is not responsible for shipments made to an incorrect address on file.
