Logo and Customization Policy

1. Customization Options

SeatKing offers the following customization options on all seat models:

  • Vinyl color selection — 5 standard colors (Ebony Black, Prodigy Light Grey, Sunset Red, Sunflower Yellow, Mandarin Orange)
  • Single logo digital print — front panel
  • Dual logo digital print — front and back panels

Embroidery and laser engraving are not available through the standard dealer portal. Contact sales@seatkingllc.com for specialty decoration inquiries.

2. Logo File Requirements

Logo files must meet the following specifications for digital print:

  • Accepted formats: .ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf, .png
  • Vector files strongly preferred (.ai, .eps, .svg) for best print quality
  • Raster files (.png) must be minimum 300 DPI at actual print size
  • Maximum file size: 20MB
  • Logo must fit within the designated panel location — front-top panel and/or back panel
  • Full-seat digital print is not available — logo placement is fixed panel only

3. Engineering Review

All logo files are reviewed by SeatKing engineering prior to production. Engineering checks for:

  • Color accuracy and color space (CMYK preferred for print)
  • Resolution and print quality
  • Fit within the fixed panel location

If a logo file does not meet specifications, SeatKing will contact the dealer to request a revised file. Orders will not enter production until the logo file is approved by engineering.

4. Sample Approval

No proof or sample approval is required for first-time dealer logos.

5. Logo Ownership and License

The dealer retains full ownership of their logo and all associated intellectual property. By uploading a logo, the dealer grants SeatKing a limited license to reproduce the logo on seat products solely to fulfill the dealer's orders. SeatKing will not use the logo for advertising, promotion, or any purpose other than order fulfillment without prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Content

SeatKing reserves the right to refuse to produce any logo or design that:

  • Infringes any third-party trademark, copyright, or intellectual property rights
  • Contains obscene, offensive, or defamatory content
  • Includes competitor brand marks
  • Violates any applicable law

SeatKing's refusal to produce prohibited content does not constitute a cancellation — the dealer will be contacted to provide an acceptable alternative.

7. Customization Pricing

  • Single logo (front panel): +$10.00 per seat
  • Dual logo (front + back panels): +$20.00 per seat
  • Logo setup fee (one-time, per logo): $15.00 — waived for Founding 150 dealers
