1. Authorized Use
Your dealer account is granted for your exclusive use as a licensed dealer or distributor purchasing SeatKing products for resale. Your login credentials are personal to your business and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your dealer account credentials with any third party
- Allow employees or contractors to use your account without your supervision and responsibility
- Attempt to access any account other than your own
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Site or extract pricing data
- Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Site
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Upload logo files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Misrepresent your business identity or provide false registration information
- Resell or share dealer account access with any third party
3. Pricing Data
Dealer net pricing displayed on SeatKing.com is proprietary commercial information. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of pricing data — including screenshots, exports, or verbal disclosure to competitors — is a material violation of this policy and your Dealer Program Agreement.
4. Enforcement
Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, cancellation of pending orders, and legal action where appropriate. SeatKing reserves the right to monitor dealer account activity for compliance with this policy.

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security concern on SeatKing.com, contact us immediately at sales@seatkingllc.com or (620) 665-5464.
