How does ordering work?
Seat King makes ordering simple. Create your dealer account to unlock dealer pricing, choose the seats and quantities you need, and place your order directly through the dealer website. Your account gives you access to dealer pricing and makes it easy to come back and reorder as you sell through inventory.
What are standard lead times?
Lead times depend on product availability and order size. In-stock products ship quickly, while larger or custom orders may require additional production time. Allow up to 6 weeks for order to ship
How can I optimize shipping costs?
For the best freight efficiency, we recommend ordering three Gaylords at a time. Three Gaylords can be stacked to maximize truck space and help reduce the freight cost per seat.
Do I have to order three Gaylords?
No. The minimum order is one Gaylord. Three Gaylords are recommended when you want to maximize freight efficiency, but they are not required
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is one Gaylord. Dealers can mix applicable Seat King products within the Gaylord based on available ordering options.
What equipment do Seat King seats fit?
Seat King offers replacement seating solutions for many of the industry’s leading mower brands and models. Please review each product listing for compatibility details or contact our team for assistance.
Do you offer custom logo programs?
Yes. Approved dealers can add custom logos and branding to eligible Seat King products through our Dealer Direct Program.
Do you offer dealer pricing?
Yes. Approved dealers receive access to exclusive pricing, custom branding options, and dealer portal resources.
How long does shipping take?
Allow up to 6 weeks for order to ship. Transit times vary based on destination and LTL carrier.
